Guy at GF's work is texting her Non-Work stuff....... What Should I do???

Pretty much this....... There is this guy at my Gf's 2nd job who happens to be her Manager that has been texting her...... at first I didnt think anything of it, because we have a pretty good relationship.... however I had seen the other week that he was asking her if she was going to stay late after work and hang out with the staff.... she never responded..... I confronted her about this and she pretty much told me... that she can tell he likes her... but for me not to worry... He is tall...lanky.. and ugly....

So I say okay.... You better tell him the only text he needs to be sending you is work related stuff... no reason for anything else....


Fast forward to just about 2 hours ago......this ***** text her....asking if she wants to come over and watch some Netflix with him.......so I see this ****... and now Im irate....he KNOWS she has a BF.....and yet he going to straight up text her this **** about hanging out after-work and crap..

So I blow a gasket of course... 1. because she wasnt going to tell me... because she knew If i saw it I would get mad and go see him... and 2 telling her thats it..... Ive had it......I let that sh*t sly before..... but I cant just let him be this disrespectful..... so she works this weekend.. but she is leaving to go home Sunday morning......and he works Sunday Night...


She told me she doesnt want me speaking to him......but Im going to go in Sunday Evening and "Talk it Out" with him.......

Now I know I have to be delicate here...because she does work there... and I dont want to make **** weird for her.........but then again.... Im not just some guy who is going to sweep this under the rug and be okay with it.......

She has already told him that he should only text him if its work related.....but anyone who has ever been in the food industry know that staff is always flirtatious with each other and I understand that.... I'd try to make your GF handle it on her own first man, I think the outcome would be less stressful than you going in and having a go at it. Of course if he continues go with your plan of talking it out face to face. You don't want to go messing around with your GF's manager, it could make it uncomfortable for her when she works and he might give her some type of disadvantage at work (just guessing he can control hours and whatnot?) regarding money. That is, IF she does know you talked to him.

This can go both good and bad. I feel you on this bro and I've been through this quite enough through the years. First, You have to talk to her about this calmly no yelling, pointing fingers ish like that. She will have reasons like "he's my boss and I have to keep it cool" or "I just want to be friendly with all my co-workers" or "I don't want to be rude so I have to entertain the guy" Second, look at it economically. She's working 2 jobs obviously to pay bills, save up money and for extra cash. Third, as a guy we have all hit on our co-workers especially women who's attractive. We've all sent text messages trying to hang out with them and etc.. so you have to understand that part. I personally wouldn't go to her job and punk the guy because this will result more against you and she will feel like your controlling her (not good).

This guy is a moron and he's using his position as leverage to talk to your girl. Don't worry about him, think about your girl. How important is this job to her? is it worth staying for? If not, tell her to leave and find another 2nd job.

Its not that kind of job...but I understand what your saying... he doesnt control her hours or anything... and she only works weekends... he is more of a shift manager than anything....
