Here is a test: Go to any club and see who is picking up females. It will never be a guy over 180 at 6 feet. This is a fact of nature. Deal with it. So for everyone lifting, just get to 180 tops and then maintain. If you are shorter than 5'11, you will not get women anyway and if you are taller than 6 feet, than you won't pull either.

Impossible unless you are high bodyfat. You will get more women being 170 at sub 10 than 190 at sub 10 bc at 190, women will be afraid of you. And lets be real here, 190 at sub 10 looks like garbage anyway.
