Strength does suffer...but I've changed my routine to a higher rep and lower weight type of workout. I work out in the morning after I've loaded up on carbs so I'm getting through the workout pretty good.

Thanks for the input about the fruit I will try that. I definitely don't believe in taking prescribed medicines. I pray I never get any serious sickness or disease, because it will surely test my mettle to have to take medications the rest of my life and some more medicine to offset the negative effects, and so on and so forth.

I am starting to tolerate these capsules pretty well, except for the suppressed appetite it would be hard to know I have taken them.

I have my meals prepared for today, so there won't be the weird meals I have been eating the last 3 days. Though I have reduced the amounts of these meals by half.

On the more disgusting side, they have been making me more gassy and my BM's smell worse than normal.
Ok I am having a hard time focusing right now, not because of the Dyma-Burn - I just have too much going on.
Anyways I didn't write anything down yesterday and I am trying to recall my meals and how I felt, but I am blank.

Finally brave enough to post progress in here.

Again with the almost out of time, goodness I'm only finishing up week 4 (technically I signed up on the 31st but I didn't start my new routine til that monday of the 4th). What are your maintenance calories? And great pics.

I would worry about that too, but do a carb load an hour or so beforehand pre-workout that should help.

I did chest/tris today. I have yet to post any progress pics lol, I need to, I have taken a bunch I just haven't uploaded them I've noticed some good progress (gained close to 4 lbs already and leaned out some). I will probably post some at the end of this week for the end of month 1

On my back days I do assisted pull-ups (wide grip), Lat pulldowns (wide grip also), seated rows, One arm rows, deadlifts and hyperextensions. I change things up a little every once in awhile just so that I challenge my muscles.

OK...macros are dialed in ! ! I was getting a bit concerned because after my first week of cut, I dropped 8 pounds and began to lose strength but I stuck with it and now my weight has gone back up to 191 but I am still dropping fat and inches on my waste! That tells me I'm dialed in pretty solid on this macro ratio!

Nice, I just did back, traps, and abs today. And yeah variety is the spice of life I mix up my methods (so machine pulldowns one day cable another, barbell rows/seated cable rows, etc.)

Here's my back and trap routine if you are looking for a little more variety:

    BACK

    Wide-grip pullups - 1 set bodyweight x 10-12, 2 sets weighted x 6-8

    Close-grip pullups - 1 set bw x 10-12, 2 sets w x 6-8

    T-bar/Vertical Rows - 4 x 8-12

    Bent-over Barbell Rows/Cable Low Rows - 5 x 10-12
    Superset: Deadlifts - 5 x 4-6

    Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns - 4 x 10-12
    SS: Straight Arm Pulldown - 4 x 10-12

    One Arm Lat Rows - 2 x 10-12

    Dumbell Pullovers - 3 x 6-8

    TRAPS

    Barbell Front Shrugs - 2 x 10-12

    Barbell Behind the Back Shrugs - 2 x 10-12

    Seated Dumbbell Shrugs - 3 x 6-8

    BACK

One Arm Pullups (just grab with two hands only emphasize one) - 1 x failure
