water retention to the max here, added constipation for the steal and win! Wuts up, hope Christmas was good for everybody, mine was good, kids got what what they wanted, and I ate a metric chit ton.

haha, of course as far as nutrition goes. that is always a variable based on ones ability to recover for the given workload but nobody needs to know irrelevant things they cannot see like insulin, magic amounts of carbs, or intangible factors.
the guy thinks because he is lean he is smart, i called him out on what secrets you need to be shredded and of course he cant come up with anything.he is just trying to peddle crappy advice that he believes is correct because he is so self absorbed in the image he created for himself.

Well seems the christmas binge and little lifting wasnt too bad after all. Big gains on leg day today , added 22lbs on lunges , 22 lbs on squats etc.

oh man, new preworkout cocktail. 2 scoops craze, 1 scoop beta alanine, 1 scoop glutamine. pretty much tastes like grape anal drainage. so nasty. i hope it's decent. will report back in 30-45 min.

Beginning 'Starting Strength' today...am doing it a little bit modified though after reading here http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224. Substituting pendlay rows for power cleans. That thread is very awesome if anyone is interested in the program but does not want to read / buy the entire book. Great cliffs.
Will be alternating weeks of A, B, A and B, A, B
A
3 x 5 Squats
3 x 5 Bench Press
1 x 5 Deadlifts
3 x 20 calf raises
3 sets of abs
B
3 x 5 Squats
3 x 5 Standing Military Press
3 x 5 Pendlay Rows
3 x 20 calf raises
3 sets of abs
Am doing GTG pullup eccentrics every time I use the restroom. Once I get used to SS for a few weeks, will add some back extensions, dips, and barbell curls.

Been doing some negative chins and pull ups today. Will be disappointed if I don't have lat DOMS tomorrow.
