Today, as a gladiator training under the name Vomitus Maximus, it's perfectly plausible. I almost believe those 240 lb guys who say they haven't eaten over 1200 kcals/day in months.

Honestly considering going to store and buying a TV dinner. Haven't done that in a year or more.

There are actually extremely good options now. I like the sauté and serve type things. Not quite TV dinners but they're ready in like 10 mins and awesome.

That delicious plate of belly stuffing food was like 500 calories. I'm at 19f 33c 182p today, about 1100 calories and feeling great. I don't get why people struggle cutting.

I didn't know you were prone to breaking out in which case I can't speak to that since I haven't had to deal with acne since high school, thankfully, although I break out on my back sometimes if I binge on sugary stuff for days on end.

I would post more often in the main but this is the only place I don't get negged for talking about eating clean.

I place IIFYMers in a similar category as I do Fat Acceptance people. They're just making excuses cause they're lazy. Yea, IIFYM works in theory, but a majority of people would have way better results eating "clean". Stable blood sugar and higher TEF just plain helps. There is a reason why so many more competitive people eat 'clean' vs 'dirty'.
