I'm sorry bro, my math is off. It's 8:00 here and my coffee hasn't made its way to my brain yet...let me pull out my handy...dandy...
5-3-1 has you progressing at a rate such that:
Bench press can go about 40 pounds a year. Squat and deadlift can go up 80 pounds a year. So, it's still possible, but a little more difficult.

Sorry for double post. Actual quote just heard in office. No bs'ing:
"You know what Johnny does? He drinks 8 oz of water with Cayenne pepper every morning. It jump starts his metabolism to help him lose weight. Something about the heat. Google it."

Have fun with your starving yourself and looking like a skinny ******* goals in 2013, *******s.
Posting about 8 meals a day does nothing to change that Cayenne pepper does increase metabolism. Was little Johnny in the office talking talking about meal timing? No, so shut the **** up and be a little more open minded.

honestly cannot tell if still trolling. Taking cayenne pepper in the morning isn't going to make you lose weight. Johnny is a solid 75 lbs overweight. Johnny isn't going to change his body drinking fkin cayenne pepper in the morning. He thinks he's doing himself well by doing so b/c of bro-science and that pisses me off. Johnny needs a weight-loss intervention.

There are studies that show spicy foods increase metabolism, and some show it increases satiety and causes one to consume less calories. Now is it enuff in itself to reverse / combat being a fatass? Probably not.

the Capsaicin in cayenne pepper helps thicken the mucus lining in your stomach.
BRB putting franks on everything to reduce heartburn.
