Certified Internet Judge checking in. My internet red lights are undergoing maintenance so I didn't switch them on.
I'm more impressed with him having the balls to video all his attempts from the side, even when they are all not in. If we could have all these 900lbs+ squats from the side, judging from the internet is much easier.

anybody do speed sumo deads? been trying to incorporate both stances into my training as i'm still getting formed dialed in and trying to see which is truly better for me, and the speed sumos just felt very weird to me... it may have been because i don't have a proper deadlift platform to attach my bands to. conventional speed deads with the bands under my feet feel fine, but putting the bands with the speed sumos just feels awkward like it throws off my form.. ended up just switching back to speed conventional tonight's workout.

Yep. Like judge said. Don't use them if the only way you can set them up is with you feet. You can set them up with two sets of heavy dumbbells though.

I'll look more later tonight or tomorrow morning when I'm not on my phone but I'll tell you right now you're over extending the lockout and bending the knees. Red lights. I'm also not a fan of the look straight up on the dead or squat really. But on deads I notice people loose position more often looking up like that.
