Well, you have to keep all other variables in check. Was your diet consistent, training consistent, rest consistent, etc? Labs can control this, we cannot. My opinion is that studies show creatine working very well and it is dirt cheap....so why not take it consistently? I cannot control everything involved in training 100% of the time, but something as easy as taking creatine as it is proven to work, while doing the best I can on other stuff seems like a logical choice.

I hate to sound like a suck ass but bb.com has to be one of the best ran companies I've ever dealt with. You buy something and before you can check your email its on its way. Outstanding!

Yea, well I'm talking over the years. From back when I ate super healthy, did bbing splits, and played basketball to now when I eat a ton of garbage and lift heavy. People always talk about how it is "fake" and just "puts water in your muscles" and all that bs but I never noticed it. And I agree with you, I bought a bunch from GNC when it was on sale for cheap so I just take 5-15g a day regardless of whether I feel it or not because I know it works.
Same can be said about a potential gf/wife.1372 @ 205

Nothing like blowing pure black out of your nose after stick welding. I really think my school needs a more powerful ventilation system.

What are you talking about? My family hails (heils?) from Germany and we all know that Germany is kind, respectful and minds their own business. Everybody throughout history has always loved Germany. Or I could possibly be thinking of Canada.
Will watch Argo.
And then Falling Down and maybe Munich just cause they are great movies.
Edit:
So did you have completely healthy kidneys before you took the dreaded creatine or did you have damaged kidneys and excess creatine aggravated an existing problem? It'd be like staying fat while running marathons because it's more impressive to finish a marathon when you're overweight. It might be impressive in the short run, but in the long run it just doesn't make any sense. ~breathinglife
