As for buying ephedrine off the internet, like I said, I know hcl is stronger than sulfate and also contains slightly more ephedrine per mg but unless I'm missing something every time I've checked its still cheaper (for me at least) to get Bronkaid from CVS (60 25 mgs tabs for $12.50...so 1500 mgs for $12.50) than Kaizen HCL off the internet (best price I can see is like $17 for 150 8 mg tabs so 1200 mgs for $17 (+ in many cases $15 shipping)). Maybe I'm missing some super cheap site or something.

Hmmm. Maybe...
The internet deals would be cheaper.
$100 for 1200 tabs @ 8mg/piece..... so $100 for 9.6g of Ephedrine HCL
$9 for .75g of Ephedrine HCL.
9.6g/.75g = 12.8
So it'd take 12.8 boxes at a price of $9/pop, equaling ~$115 for the same amount... The internet would be cheaper in this instance.Lift | Eat | Repeat

Bronkaid v. Primatene
Something else to consider: Bronkaid has 200mg Gauifenesin/25mg Ephedrine Sulfate, and Primatine has the same amount of Guaifenesin with only 12.5mg Ephedrine HCl. An Ephedrine-to-Gauifenesin ratio of 8:1 is bad enough, let alone 16:1, for intended thermogenic purposes. From what I gather, Guaifenesin is a CNS depressant, so taking enough Primatene for an adequate ECA stack could be counter-productive, even if HCl is more suitable than Sulfate. Thermogenics aside, I once read an article from EAS' Bill Phillips claiming Ephedrine, in the right doses, can result in a 10% increase in net-strength during resistance training. Anyone care to elaborate? Is HCl better than Sulfate for this purpose? Am I waaayyy off base and full of $#!+?

Walgreens Bronchial Asthma Relief tablets have 12.5mg Ephedrine HCL and 200mg Gauifenesin.. the same ratio as Bronchaid only it uses E HCL. (Bronkaid.com lists the active ingredients as 25mg Ephedrine Sulphate and 400mg Gauifenesin/tablet) I dont remember the exact cost.. but 60 tabs didnt empty my wallet... keeping in mind it takes 2 Walgreens tablets to = 1 Bronchaid.

I also found this study on another site. I havent had time to validate yet.. but it's an interesting read:

Anyone who thinks they feel a difference between HCL and Sulfate should be interested. These studies both link to a group of case studies where scientists essentially determined the difference in ephedrine HCL and Sulfate absorption/reaction in the body was .0002% after a four week run. Thats as numerically close to "zero difference" as it gets."
