I took a caplet, around 8:00 AM this morning, on an empty stomach, and the energy kicked in a little more. I will go to 1 1/2 caps today.

but im nowhere near as stim tolerant as i was a couple years ago....im sure i could have gone up a lot higher then, but i typically only use stims once in a while these days, so when i take dex it hits me hardddddddd

Excellent session! Focus and energy were great. My bench sucks!


Macros for today: 2004 cals, 194 g pro, 109 g carbs, 85 g fat

Diet was off. I started to feel no so good in the afternoon after taking the 1/2 cap of Dex!

Water: 136 ounces

DEXAPRINE NOTES: Energy was good and still very evident. Focus was excellent. After taking the 1/2 cap, around 4 PM, I had a massive headache! It was bad enough to keep me from going to the gym at night. I will cut back to 1 cap tomorrow.

After 1 week on Dexaprine, below are my observations:


* The energy kicks in, for me, about 45-60 minutes after taking a caplet.
* The energy is extreme but, not enough to make me feel like I'm bouncing off the walls.
* The energy is evident throughout most of the day and into the evening.
* The focus aspect of Dexaprine is excellent!
* It increased the amount of water I take on a daily basis.
* It suppressed my appetite alot the first few days.
* I look, and feel, a little bit leaner!


** It makes me feel like I'm constipated.

*** The only issue I've had taking Dexaprine was on the one day I took 1 1/2 caps. I had a very bad headache about an hour after taking the 1/2 cap in the afternoon.


So far, I am very impressed with Dexaprine!

After 2 weeks on Dexaprine, below are my observations:


This week was a waste because I was sick for almost the whole week. I took 1 cap of Dexaprine, every day, except for Friday & Saturday.

No workouts at all!

I apologize, to iForce, about this.

I am feeling better and I did some crapio yesterday and I took the Dexaprine in the morning yesterday.

I took my caplet around 9:00 AM. Energy kicked in about 45-60 minutes after taking. After being off Dexaprine for 2 days, the energy/focus was a little stronger again.


Day # 16 - Monday

I took the caplet at 8:30 AM today.


Weight: 222 lbs -1 lb from previous Monday morning


No workout today

Day # 17 - Tuesday (1/1/13)


I took the caplet at 10 AM today after sleeping in.

Water intake is still on increased level. I don't know if it's me but, Dexaprine seems to make me a little constipated (srs).
