This is a before and after picture of me, before taken mid March and the after one just taken a few days ago. Started off at 128 lbs. and currently at 150ish lbs. All it really took me was a SOLID workout routine, healthy eating (at least 5 meals a day) and the motivation to not give up.
To everyone who thinks they can't pull off what i did, trust me you can, all you need to do is be consistent and dedicated to accomplishing your goals.
Bench - 235 lbs
Squat - 175 lbs
Deadlift - 155 lbs

Gjdm, you made a lot of progress body wise.
Your lifts are lacking though, keep up the good work and they'll shoot up in no time!
EDIT: Also, as someone has previously said your lifts are MASSIVELY disproportional"...I work on pursuing my dreams and battling my demons. Happiness follows."
