    Before and after picture of me, 9 months later

    This is a before and after picture of me, before taken mid March and the after one just taken a few days ago. Started off at 128 lbs. and currently at 150ish lbs. All it really took me was a SOLID workout routine, healthy eating (at least 5 meals a day) and the motivation to not give up.

    To everyone who thinks they can't pull off what i did, trust me you can, all you need to do is be consistent and dedicated to accomplishing your goals.

    Bench - 235 lbs
    Squat - 175 lbs
    Deadlift - 155 lbs

    tbh im not sure the exact amount, id say around 3000c/per day. current routine looks like this:
    mon&thurs chest/back, tues&fri arms (shoulders, triceps, biceps), wed&sat legs. Also i hit traps, for-arms and abs at least 3 times a week. Sunday = rest day.

    Doesn't working out each body part twice a week go against the system?
    I've been considering more lifting (going twice a week per muscle group) but I've heard so many things against it.

    150 pound untrained male squats 100 pounds on average, pulls 125. having said that your right, his lifts arent impressive and should be a little higher but clearly he hasnt been training for strength and his gains (from whats visible in the pics) look pretty good.

    Bench - 187lbs
    Squat - 220lbs x3
    Deadlift - 308lbs

    Been back on track training srsly since april 2012. Went from 64kg to 78kg. Used to be fkn skinny.

    Gjdm, you made a lot of progress body wise.

    Your lifts are lacking though, keep up the good work and they'll shoot up in no time!

    EDIT: Also, as someone has previously said your lifts are MASSIVELY disproportional
