1) Deadlifts are the only one I can think of
2) Depends; whichever one you feel generates the most tension... I tend to "feel" the lighter weights a lot more, ie after a heavy set I think "damn that was heavy" but after a light set I think "damn my delts are on fire"

I am gonna start my test stack soon. DAA, Animal Test and Eraser do you think this will increase my testosterone even though i am 14 and if yes will it be a notable diffrence? or just another money dump?
My currently supplement stack: Whey Protein, Creatine, SciVation Xtend (BCAA/Glutamine), pre workout Craze, fishoil and a multivitamin.

There's two options heading down the enhanced route. The first is ****ty, legal "test enhancer" which are a load of **** and waste of money. For the most part they are safe, just a complete and utter waste of money. DAA may have benefits, but judging on the possible effectiveness relative to the cost of the stuff, it's not worth the money. The second option is the real thing. Much cheaper than over the counter supps, it works and for fully developed adults, reasonably safe with the adequate amount of knowledge. However, you aren't a fully developed adult, far from it at 14. Even to an 18 year old, the risks would be greater than they would be to a developed adult.
So, in a nutshell, you can either piss away your money or risk damaging yourself, possibly permanently. It's all about the relativity of risk, cost and effectiveness of a product or substance.

These. Although it isn't any more dangerous for an 18 year old than it is for a 21 year old fyi.
14 is far too young though - not only because of the health risks, but also because there is just so much natural growth that can easily be done before you even turn 18.
And ya, test boosters are a waste of money and greekyboy is right. Erase is most commonly used during PCTs though I do not know exactly what it does. its balonie.

When you play with hormones at a young age:
1) Risk shutting growth plates
2) Definitely hinder development of your endocrine and limbic system. Affect development of the prefrontal cortex.
3) Lots of money, not usually sustainable
I wouldn't recommend AAS until 18-20 years old, and you are satisfied with your height.

Well, it really depends on the development of the particular individual. Generally speaking, the risks for a 21 year old would likely be fewer / lesser than for an 18 year old as at 18 years old, you are probably not a fully-developed adult. Introducing exogenous hormones to a less developed endocrine system would carry greater risks than introducing them to a more developed / almost developed one. There's no magic age though.
That is all generally speaking. But I wouldn't say that it is as safe for an 18 year old as a 21 year old. For the majority of individuals, it wouldn't be.

Hi
Could you please tell me if I haven't been bulking correctly ( or wasted my time). My first photo is when I started I was around 170 pounds, I then cut for 2 months down to 150 pounds. My second photo is now ( 6 months from original photo or 4 months from end of cut) and I am now 180 pounds
Does it look like I have made any progress? Any tips?
Thanks for answering all these questions!
