Hello,
Could you guys help me to come up with a daily diet plan? What should I be eating in the morning,evening,night and between? I need about 2050 calories a day!
1,Morning-
2, 2-3 hours later-
3, Lunch-
4, 2-3 hours later-
5,Pre workout-
6,post workout-
I was thinking of eating veggies, egg whites, chicken breast, protein shakes(supplement) and tuna, but how would i put it in my diet plan.

1. whole grain tortilla wrap, turkey bacon, egg whites, swiss cheese
2. PB n J with multi grain bread & sugarfree jam, protein shake
3. chicken brown rice
4. protein shake
5. oatmeal
6.salad, chicken brown rice, protein shakeKid on the gym sees you working out your shoulders ...
