Hi guys,
As of right now I am doing SS
My deadlift is only at 95lb right now because I am at the 2nd week of SS
So I put 25lb on each side.
The problem is that my back rounds at the bottom
The only way I can straighten out my back is to straighten out my leg alot and my shoulder blade goes over the bar....
Is this a problem from the bar being too low? because its only 25lb on each side.
I have pretty good back flexibility and Lombard control but I cant stick my chest up and legs bent without going into a squat position instead of a deadlift...
also is it normal for my tricep to feel a stretching pain when doing a deadlift. It's only my right tricep.

This is clearly an issue of poor technique. Have you attempted to research the correct approach and/or ask others in the gym who know what they're doing for help? And, no, your triceps should not be strained while deadlifting. You may be flaring out the arms or using an unnecessarily wide grip.
Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
