Hate to hear that about the knee. Wishing you the best. I definitely know how frustrating injuries can be.

I have finished my first bottle. Since starting I have set a few PR's, I feel like strength has gone up a little, it's hard to say how my endurance has been affected because of some time out of the gym for the holidays and horrible eating holiday eating habits. I'll way myself in the morn and see how that has been affected but again I ate horribly over the holidays. I have been sleeping great, I dream almost every night, and feel well rested when i wake.
My muscles do feel a little bit harder of more solid. Usually I feel pretty good after a workout and going into the next so recovery is happening.
With this second bottle I will eat much healthier, and really focus on getting the best results i can. Hopefully I can feel comfortable with my knee within a week.

Sounds as if everything is right on schedule with the ThrusT
I have got a helluva lot of work to do on my eating habits being as I have been out for so long. So recovering from the holidays for you should be easily done and noticeable.
I always like the sleep I would get with a good T-booster and ThrusT is a top notch product.
Carefull with the knee and hope it dosn't hold you back too long.I'm back.......kinda.....sort of....

Five rounds for time of: 9:14
10 Toes to bar
75 pound Power snatch, 10 reps
10 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
I couldn't stay out of the gym! I went in with a semi stiff knee spent some time loosening it up and getting a good ROM.
It warned up pretty good, i was surprised. I was able to hit right depth easily but i find my self favoring my good leg, but not too bad. I just wanted to get a good workout in to stretch it out but i was feeling good so I pushed it.

"Helen"
Three rounds for time:10:07
Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups
Very good workout, running
felt good kb swings felt good, and pull ups were not a problem! First alpha feeling! It was 30 degrees and sleeting so i ran on the treadmill, and that probably slowed me down a little I hate the treadmill!
Last night I was in such a deep sleep that i slept on my arm wrong and it was literally without feeling. When I finally woke up it was so asleep I couldn't lift it.

24 Squats
24 Push-ups
24 Walking lunge steps
Run 400 meters
This was a makeup WOD. I had to make it up, there is nothing worse than missing a hero WOD. I felt great in the gym for this one I had a bad round on round 4 my 400 was slow but I tried to make up for it in 5 and 6. The crazy dreams are becoming normal!

ha well I think you're doing the right thing putting family first...I'm doing traditional movements now....but I'll hit a crossfit workout to start my normal stuff a couple of times a week or by itself on a weekend day...normally they are the shorter workouts for now though...but still taxing

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of: PR 24 rounds
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
What a great workout today! Worked out solo and set a PR. I have done this WOD twice but failed to log it but I know I didn't do this well. Major endurance boost was felt today! My buddies that I normally workout with only got to 16 rounds.
