Hey, I'm skinny fat meaning I have smalla body but have a beer belly. I'm planing to lift heavy weigth 3x a week and do hiit 3x a week. So workout 6 day per week. THis is my workour rotuine 5 sets and 5 reps - Deadlift, Bench, Squat, Military Press, Bend Over Rows, Machine Chest Press, Machine Shoulder Press and Seated Row. I was wondering if its too much for my body to deadlift bench squat 3 time a week.

It depends on how your body is managing the stress and how well you're resting. Start easy and then progress up with weights and more training sessions if you think you can handle it.

    Rest is absolutely crucial

What is defined at an intermediate lifter vs beginner lifter? I've been working out for a couple years on and off and I've done a few different workouts and many different excercises but I'm not sure if I am classified as an intermediate or beginner? Which workouts should I check out? The push/pull/legs sounds pretty nice.
