    Exclamation Need some help

    Im 15 years old, 5.9 feet tall and weigh 169 pounds. I used to weigh over 240 pounds less than a year ago. Right now I have no clue what my body fat percentage is but I would like to get lower. (I dont want a stomach) I have a very bad feeling I crashed my metabolism over the summer due to some crazy diets Ive done. The low carb diet hit me real hard because it made me tired all the time and made school, football, and my workouts a living hell. I want to be big and cut. I know I can do it but I need some advice. Can somebody help me put together a diet of what to eat? How many calories? (Ive been eating less than 2,000 a day for a while) What exercises should I do to lose this unwanted fat? I understand it takes time and hard work but lately ive been losing my motivation. I lift weights every day for an hour with 30-40 second rest intervals, three days in a row then a one day break. I also try to run at least 3 days a week for 30-60 minutes depending on how I feel.
