Wassup brahs, been tired of cutting for so long. Currently doing 1300-1400kcals daily. I've lifted for 1 year, seriously for 6 months with fat loss to be the key goal in my mind (176 pounds obese at 5'4 last year) I'm down to probably 120, and although i'm not like abs lean yet i feel super worn out by cutting and its beginning to take a toll on me. I can't even finish a workout without being completely drained.
Mid March to around 2 weeks ago (22 pound difference if you believe it)
Long story short I'll be easing into a bulk around christmas time and need some advice on how many calories to gradually increase by. (maintenance around 2000 i predict) It'll be great if you guys gave a BF% estimation too. Thanks brahs
CLIFFS:
- cut while tracking macros for one year (teaching myself along the way)
- worn out although not lean enough
- need advice on easing into bulk
- need bf% estimation
