    Should i Cut weight

    I injured my rotator cuff and I cant really go that heavy in many work outs and cant do any overhead excerises.

    Is this a good time for me to do more cardio than lifting

    It's really up to you. Cardio will help to cut weight along with a caloric deficit. It's really up to you, either do cardio or take a break.

    Let it heal. Stay close to maintenance. Do machine work that doesnt involve shoulder, like leg press, work your abs.
