I just record a short video of me posing (NO HOMO). I'm 5' 6" 164lb. What needs work? My goal for now is to get abs, since I've never had them (former fatty). After that I will be lean bulking for a bit. IMO, I need to bring up my triceps a lot.

Definitely agree with you about the arms. I am training more like a bodybuilder these days (as opposed to strength trainer and mostly compound movements) and in order to bring up arms, I think I will set aside a day for triceps and another for biceps. Don't want to turn into a bro but this will be necessary for a bit, lol.

Wow, thanks! I was thinking I'm more 14-15% but I don't really have good judgment with bf %.
I mentioned in the OP that I'm a former fatty. In fact, a few years ago I was 230lb (waist size 46-48 lol). Does it show? Like can you see any loose skin? I do have some stretch marks on my lower abdomen but they aren't that visible.***Misc Strength Crew***
