    Personal trainer gym rent Australia

Looking at breaking into the fitness industry within australia and was just wandering what is the rent charged by most commercial gyms throughout australia

Gyms i am particularly interested in hearing from include:

    Fitness First
    Snap Fitness
    Jetts
    Anytime Fitness
    YMCA
    etc

What are also the benefits of operating under a gym franchise paying rent compared to operating as a individual paying no rent?

I'm at snap, pay $250 and do 4 floor hours per week. From what i can tell pretty much average.

What do u mean an individual paying no rent. Do u mean being employed by a gym? If u want to make any money you need to run ur own business. otherwise ull end up making 30 an hour top.i wouldnt work for that
