nice lifting lately! Squats looked good, and so did the bench!
I would try to tuck my elbows more though.

Keepin them in my trunk haha.
And no I am maybe gonna try them in my apartment gym later, but I just did a pupil test at home and I definitely have adrenal fatigue.
My pupil was dialating and fluttering with light shining on it.
I is a bit fuarked up right now.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

Adrenal fatigue can come about a lot of ways. Stress, illness, messed up thyroid and stuff.
Anything that causes them to slowly have to work harder.
Eventually they are burnt out. Which mine certainly are.
One thing I have to start doing is cutting out all stimulants like caffeine and sugar and pretty much most carbs.
Probably need to limit potassium and up my sodium intake too with sea salt.
Double Edit for spelling: this also explains why I felt good during the CBL prep phase since most thyroid and adrenal fatigue suffers tend to feel better on far fewer carbs because insulin doesn't spike as drastically.Last edited by Filmbuff81; 03-11-2013 at 09:46 AM.

Instead of raping him, just stuff him in a bag or tie him to a squat rack and force him to curl
and thank you in return good sir. It's all fixable to an extent, it's a matter of getting on the right path. Just have to revamp my entire dietary lifestyle and supplement structure to an extent.the latest and greatest in training...or whatever.

oh, right. sorry, i was being reasonable.
LOL no thanks jeff
closer - what we should do is force him to SQUAT, i promise you he's never done it in his life. third rep at 135 and he would fall down and have the leave the gym forever in humiliation.Last edited by izzygrant; 03-12-2013 at 12:09 PM.

There's this stuff called sake by fresh. Basically a bubble bath. Really helps with sore muscles.
I typically throw it in, light some candles, and put on some colbie callet.
60%of the time it works every time.{{**DIRTY SOUTH CREW**}}

Izzy if you want nice bath stuff get yo'self some pink himalayan bath salts. You can buy it by the kilo. It's a great detox/relaxing bath. Make sure your bath is HAWT (get in and run it so you can tolerate getting in whilst it's not very hot - you need it like 38+degrees). People say they cut 3-4lbs with it over a few weeks having 2-3 baths/week (I just like it a good hot muscle soak - I had one with lavender and ginger in which was nice). You need 500g-1kg to make a good bath.
