aminolast or xtend

Hi,

I'm deciding whether to get aminolast or xtend as a morning pre workout. I know some people would opt for an actual meal but I just don't sit well working out after eating anything solid. So I just want to hear your recommendations or experiences about this.

BTW not a body builder but like to workout and become lean.

Well your picking between the two best BCAA's products IMO (they are honestly the two products I rotate between) ... I can say this, you won't go wrong with either one. Of course I would hope you choose Gaspari's AminoLast (since that's the company I represent) but I couldn't hold it against you going with Xtend either.

Both taste great, both have excellent profiles ... the nice thing with AminoLast is you only need one scoop where as with Xtend you need two or three. Maybe buy one this month and the other next month? Just a thought ...

When doing fasted training I take 1 scoop as soon as I wake up and it holds me well past my workout(2 more scoops) and into the evening. Taste is pretty good and covers up any other supplements you might add. That mango aminolast sounds pretty legit though, I might have to try that out next

Yep. Orange mango tastes like a childhood drink but somehow iforgot what is the name of the drink. Really awesome with a lil sour twist.

Can't go wrong with either, both have good profiles, Xtend is mainly BCAA focused and a solid value if that's what you're looking for, also has other things like Citrulline malate for performance.

Currently 15 variety stick packs free with 90 servs. tubs, taste is also top notch.

I prefer the xtend flavors over aminolast, with exception to watermelon. xtend's current watermelon was horrible, imo. but, i really enjoyed all the others!! good stuff.

both brands are good. try them both. stick with what tastes best to you.

Either of those are great. If you haven't checked out bb.com in house stuff though, Amino Recovery is up there with extend as far as taste. The watermelon tasted like a jolly rancher

I do like xtend, purple wraath is good one to choose as well that doesn't get talked about as much I also love the taste of amino freak

Is the usual for you a different brand or a different flavor of xtend? Though I (any many others)personally like the watermelon xtend, I understand it comes down to personal taste preference. My suggestion would be to reach out to Rob Moran rob@scivation.com to see if the product can be swapped out for something more to your liking. Additionally the Primaforce BCAA watermelon is very similar to the original xtend so that might be an option, in the future.. If I can help in anyway, feel free to pm me.
