Completely agree with the OP and it's message. Been on this journey for about a year now. I wanted to point something out about the Jesus comment though (that he died for US and we're supposed to rely on someone else dieing for us rather than dieing ourselves). That's false. Most of Christianity is a proponent of using Jesus as a model person. What would Jesus do etc. Jesus definitely died for what he believed in, so Christians tell you to do the same. Most saints are saints because they died for what they believed in like Jesus.
The problem, a lot of the time, with Christians is that they don't really follow this doctrine in practice.Want to save $100s on books each semester? -->http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=137815283&page=1

How did you get to that point? How can you just let go of that fear that's destroying your life? For an example, yeah I believe that we live once and fear has no place in your life, that you should take risks, live life to the fullest and so on, because in the end, it just doesn't matter, even if you did something really dumb. I believe that, but I can't apply it to my life. Why? Why can't I let go of that fear that's holding me back from really living?

Because your afraid whatever it is you want to do, you're going to fail at. Stop worrying about failing(means to the end) and starting living the journey. You're fear is derived from failing/judgement/insecurity. (IN+Security= In Safety= Behind a protective Wall = Pink Floyd)
Just keep doing things your afraid of and watch the wall fall apart before your very eyes. (srs) And don't stop breaking that wall because of others opinions. Others will try to keep you in your wall, because they are behind a wall too. Everyone wants to be safe, no one wants to be brave; but you will. You will be brave. Because that's the only thing a man knows how to do. To be brave and vulnerable. Open to criticism, because in the end, criticism is just an opinion, not an ultimate truth (no matter HOW outnumbered you are; religions)

Not bad, and agree with a lot of points. I think a lot of people also like to think they are making their own decisions, when in fact the are influenced and told what to think by others. I imagine the point about being gay won't go down too well, but I can't say I disagree with it per se.

Lame. There are truths in the OP but most of it sounds like stupid vague nonsense. Its exactly why people never learn from these things....the people perpetuating them have no clear understanding themselves. So it s continuous cycle of confused individuals trying to find enlightenment form the ramblings of confused people.
I also find it hilarious how every miscer has this obsession with feminism and masculinity without understanding that trying to force men and women to act in a certain way YOU like is doing exactly what feminists try to do.

Looks like someone gave up putting effort to try and understand the OP and is projecting his own self-defeating attitude to someone else. So let me get this straight, 8/10 people understood my post, you didn't, and you end up the one being right? Okay dude. On to the next excuse for your shortcomings.

Yes, while avoiding all that stuff, and not doing all those things you have advised against, what we should instead do, is listen to some guy on the misc and mirror our lives on his advice. He's legit. He posted youtube videos.

umm...you don't have permission to do that just collect 'likes', good sir. I'm doing this a gesture, not for you to exploit. Thank you.
You don't need the book. And if you did, you would find it yourself. It's not hard. Couple searches and clicks. And you're still living in fear, fear you're incomplete with the knowledge in that book.
But since you had the balls to call me out, i'll send you what you want.
I am not stopping you from doing anything. I am empowering you. You don't want it? Fine, leave. But why take a **** of negativity just because you're narrow minded? Do I need a long white beard, a full lotus stance, and some eastern philosophy mumbo jumbo to convince you of the truth?

Stop being so defensive. So your entire argument is that more people liked it so therefore my views don't matter? How do you know there weren;t people who read it, laughed and decided not to post? what are my shortcomings? Because I don't agree with your sh'tty views means I am finding excuses for my shortcoming? Fukng idiot.
Your OP sucks. Its nothing more than vague meaningless garbage.
