My biggest health goal I achieved before I got into bodybuilding. I remember sitting at my 8th grade graduation, my lower back was in a lot of pain. I had to go to the doctor's for my high school physical a few days later so I asked why this was happening. I stepped on the scale and it registered 240 pounds. The doctor said that is why my back was hurting; too much pressure was on it. After that, I told myself I was going to lose weight and I would not weigh myself until one year later.
After school, I would walk and increased my distance every week. That soon turned into jogging and then running. Everyone was saying how good I looked, but I did not know how much I weighed. I weighed myself exactly one year to the day and was down to 172 pounds. That was 68 pounds lost in my freshman year of high school. No oe told me to lose the weight, I wanted to.
A piece of advice I would give someone is to set realistic goals. Yes, aim as high as you can, but if the goal is unobtainable or close to it, it kills the motivation. Set a long term goal and several short term ones to help you reach the long term goal. That way, you're still hitting goals and those goals will help you reach the ultimate one.

Round #3 Question:
What is the BIGGEST diet, training, health, or physique related goal that you have ever accomplished? How did you do it? What one piece of advice would you give others about achieving their goals?
My answer is more of an ongoing progression and it might get a bit long but here goes!...
I play D1 college baseball and my freshman year of college was really nerve racking. I was so consumed with numbers (stats, weight, maxes etc.) I totally neglected many aspects of health that I should have. I was obsessed at getting up to 200 lbs because everyone said I should... Long story short, my freshman year I put on 25 lbs and at first I was satisfied. Once the season was over and I looked back at pics I realized how unhealthy my body looked. I was about 15% Bodyfat which was really upsetting for me. Over the summer I decided I was going to lose all that weight and get in "shape". I didnt know enough about proper nutrition and supps so I just worked out way too much, did too much cardio and didnt eat nearly enough. By the end of the summer I was ripped but I had lost nearly all my muscle!! Once again I was disappointed and wanted to do something about it.
That was 2 years ago... In that time I have had alot of obstacles. I tore my lateral Meniscus in my knee 2 times, dislocated my ribs, gotten stitches, tendonitis and every other baseball/exercise related injury you can think of! With all those obstacles I am proud to say that over those 2 years I have managed to go from 160-lbs, skin & bones and unhealthy to 185 lbs and below 10% body fat. It was alot of work but I truly loved learning all about nutrition and exercising and doing things the right way!
Today I am still battling my knee injury. I had surgery 5 weeks ago and I am rehabbing and training harder than ever! I know that I will be able to reach whatever goals I set my mind to!.. My advice is keep pushing yourself. Learn about your own body, how it reacts to certain things and how it works. Lean about proper nutrition and find a work out that you enjoy and works for you! STICK WITH IT and never stop! It is a lifestyleEVLution Nutrition Rep

Hah, now isn't that funny... Thank you for sharing.
Congrats AntM, you win! I like this story because it reminds me of myself quite a few years ago. You made do with what you had and despite having no numbers to go off, no fancy equipment, and no specialized diet or workout plans you made an incredible change. This just goes to show that what it really comes down to is not what you have but what you put in! Please PM me with your name and shipping info and I'll get you hooked up!
Alright guys it looks like it's time to bring this one to a close. We had some great entries and some seriously motivating stories in here... Congrats to the winners and to everyone else...thank you for playing!USPlabs | Ultra-Premium Sports Supplements | Product Educator

My 2013 fitness goals are: to start the Insanity workout dvds- push through the challenges I'm faced with, cutting out sugary desserts & incorporate more healthy fats and protein in my diet, eat smaller meals throughout the day, stick to a weight training program- less cardio & more weights- and take to on each day with positive energy and a bright smile !!!

It's brand new actually, just released so there are likely not many reviews available just yet. The good news is that we essentially created to have the same overall feel and results as the original so while they are somewhat different in formula and some may prefer one over the other for certain differences in ingredient profile they are overall the same and will produce the same results. Basically if you liked the original you'll love the NF version as well! You can't go wrong with either one.

Hi Slag. Please check my post above in response to KellyMarie. The formulas are different, but should overall produce extremely similar feel and results. I think that there may be some people that prefer one version over the other say for someone who prefers not to use 1,3-Dimethylamylamine and we want to give you the option between the two formulas. We use the analogy of a red sports car versus a blue sports car. Either way, the performance is incredible and undeniable!
