I'm 16 5'9 150 lbs 14%bf
Idk what to do I like looking in the mirror and seeing my big arms sticking out of my tank top but I want to have abs because I never had them.
And if I cut won't my arms/shoulders shrink?
I also don't know if I reached my goal yet because I do have fat around my abs so I can't see them I also store fat in my chest so its hard to tell what my chest whether my chest is good or bad
I want model for hollister but I don't want to be those skinny holocaust survivors. I already have some respectable size for most people my age.
I want to be able to take my shirt off at the beach for the first time in spring break and post pictures on ******** and have bitches on my nut sack for my body instead of my pretty face for once

no offence mate, im in the same unsure what to do, but why post a question when everyone tells you to bulk and you reply with im gonna cut first, cos its clearly obvious it doesnt matter what anyone says your gonna pick to do what you want and even when people say bulk you say nooo.......... until then you said sslow bulk with intermitent fasting, trust me with your weight your not gonna need to cut, i probably have nothing to worry abou and im gonna clean bulk for 3 - 4 months and ya everyday i start thinking should i cut or bulk, but honestly just stick to one, the way i see it is, ya i might put a tiny bit of weight on but to most people they prob wont even notice that much and you wil prob lose a bit of baby fat anyway if ya just starting out, just clen bulk adding 200 300 extra a day and just sick with it instead of chaging ya mind etc, if ya just ebginnin nd ya that young dont make it harder on yourself intermittent fasting etc cos ya not gonna stick to it, just get up in the morning, go on ymfitness pal, type in a load of food your gonna eat that day until it reaches your calories and macronutrients then just eat that that dya, it takes about 10 mins to do and once you have all the foods saved it wil lierally take 5 mins a day and you have couunted your caloriess..
