honestly, a lot of it is entirely based on what the judges are looking for in the industry/promoting at the time. I have seen big, bulky guys with far less definition win, I have seen tiny guys with poor definition and mass but killer facial features win, I've seen huge and cut guys win, it really is subjective which can kind of be frustrating.
based on your physique and height, I'd say mass-wise you're fine to jump in and do it now, but need to get really leaned out--abs could be a really strong spot for you
My advice is just go for it, cut down and get lean, try out the show. Afterwards you can always obtain feedback from the judges on what was good/bad and then proceed for next time. Also you may find once you cut down that you're right and you DON'T have enough mass in your opinion.
just my two cents worth,Personal Trainer and WBFF Pro Classic Physique

If I had to be nit picky, why not add just a little mass, then make sure you are razor cut after? Not that many would complain with your physique, as it is.
EDIT: as for abs, I think you would be surprised how deep some of those guys abs' are. You are going to be going up against, mainly, really really lean dudes, after all.
