So I've read through the text book once, front to back and I'm going through all of the KSAs now and answering them. I also came across on this website that has a break down of 250 note cards that seem to cover a lot of the terminology and joint types, etc. so I've been using that as well. My main question is regarding the composition of the test itself, does it look anything like this practice test?

Essentially it's just a put together practice test of the terms, levers, RF, etc and I'm just curious if the composition of these questions seems similar to what was on the test? Is this a valid study tool to use? I've taken the practice test 10-15 times reconfigured just for fun, but I'm wondering if the actual ACSM test will be much harder than this one.

I havent taken the test in over a year but from what I can remember it has a lot to do with safety and spotting as well as their recommendations. There really wasnt that much anat and phys on it which really disappointed me
