What is the longest period of time you have ever taken off working out and the reason for and how it made you feel and also if you lost much in terms of size/strength... Mine would have to be 3 weeks of complete inactivity, before hand i was training hard for 3months solid consistently with a tortures diet and workout regime especially with legs and back, then it got to a point where i felt like a demented robot that lurched about in pain with my body falling to pieces, i would sleep straight after any work.. something had to be done. I felt as if i was close to being clinically retarded, i had a complete different outlook on life, i think 3months of training like a pro on roids being only a casual 17 year old developing college student has serious negative impacts on mental health.. i felt like a zombie lurching from the pits of hell. Everyone saw a massive change in my face they thought i was seriously ill! In terms of size/strength, little or close to none, reps went down but not poundage, gained weight.

Longest I went was about a month and a half and it was horrible. It took me a while to get my form back 100% and lift what I was lifting (about 2 months) and then I started making proper gains again.
I took that time out because I went on 2 holidays... beach body slowly deteriorated with all that booze! When you want to succeed, as bad as you want to breathe... then you'll be successful.

Damn bro.. hope you're good to go now, and got them gains back.
After 4mos of time off I begin losing gains. After 7mos, generally my arms will have shrank back down to 16.5" and I won't be able to push any more than 315. But then the muscle memory is always insane. I went from the above and 235lbs to 255lbs in 30 days and my arms are back at 18-3/4" and idk what I can press, but I can definitely bang out some sets of 10 on Incline. Provided, I did run some IronMagLabs products to accelerate the whole muscle memory process, but it really save me a lot of time in getting back to where I was.
