Form wasnt even all that terrible, you probably couldve nailed a 290 or something much more smoothly. Very impressive at your weight and in general.

The only pre workout I take is blocks amino acids. I actually dont have a routine, I just do whatever feels right on that day. It woukd nake everything easier if I did though, i just get bored with them and go back to what i was doing.
