Going to be walking to the gym which will be about 4miles total, I walk slow apparently took be 35ish minutes to get there and a little less to get back home

10reps, 9reps, 6reps. Need to take longer rest breaks between these sets

Did some rear delt work I dont keep track of that but its usually 2 movements in the 15-20 rep range for 3 sets
