I would start putting together your resume/cover letters and start applying. Make sure you follow up frequently enough to show that you have initiative, but not so much that you are a nuisance. When you say nutritionist, I am assuming you are finishing a BS in Nutrition? If not, I suggest you start researching the laws about the term "nutritionist". Remember that laws in each state are different and a certification in nutrition does not mean you can make yourself out to be a nutritionist.

Remember that nobody cares about your certifications. Pretty much anyone willing to fork over some cash can become certified. What matters is your personality, work ethic, and passion for what you do.

    Good luck!

Depends on if you want to work for yourself or a gym. You could try making some business cards first and use networking with people you know and other service providers like Registered Dietitian etc. Give them your cards maybe get some clients that way. If you have some equipment have some bootcamps at your local parks even with friends some people will be interested in what your doing give them your card host a couple for free. good luck
