Hello all,
I'm a complete newbie to going to the gym, just keep fit by running and mountain biking, decided it is time to get the body I have always wanted but never committed to achieving.
So i would like a rough BF% estimate and also whether you think i should cut or bulk first?
I dont wanna get massive just want to be toned and put some muscle on, (male model was the body type i think i selected for my goal,
Any hint and tips would be great, this website seems to be a great resource.
Also what type of body type do you think i am?
Height 180cm
Weight 188lbs

Cheers for the advice guys, i was thinkin of a clean bulk, currently eating about 2300 cal per day with 200g of protein, then a 2day split twice a week,
Ill keep pictures coming during my transformation.
Hoping to drop bf to around 8-10% whilst clean bulking, i dont particuarly want to gain anymore fat,
