I'm in 3 leagues. One money league with friends (should make the playoffs), Farles' league (my worst one), family league (3rd highest points scored, in 8th/10).

So of the 3, I'm happiest to be making the playoffs in the one that could pay out.

I've never really understood the use of banana peppers on pizza. All they seem to do is add texture and a weird bit of acidity, which I think is trying to be really mild spice.

I like peperoncinis on pizza after bieng over here. Goes great with salami.

I just discovered via wikipedia, that peperoncinis and banana peppers are not the same thing and are just often times erroneously referred to as the same thing. /themoreyouknow

Dude.... Brick's Pizza (they have Arlington and Centreville locations). They rape all other pizza spots in this location. When I ordered pizza from lost dog cafe the other night, I used teh same topping selection as I did for the last Brick's pizza I ordered. It did not stack up.. at all.

I'll have to check out that Vixen Chocolate Chili Bock. Last time I had a beer with chili in it, it was incredibly light - I'm guessing to balance "refreshing" with the bit of heat. Tasted more like Bud Lite mixed with a Flamin Hot Cheeto's aftertaste. Thankfully all I had was a small sampler glass.

Maybe its so good because I had such low expectations. There is a subtle heat but substantial chili taste if that makes sense.
