I'm not arguing that Wisconsin didn't fairly get into this position due to the circumstances. I also get that because you like Wisconsin, you lack objectivity and have no interest in assessing the situation with any modicum of intellectual honesty. That's fine. The fact is, by most standards, Wisconsin had a sh*tty year and only "earned" an opportunity to play in the conference championship because of a technicality. But hey, they did make the most of it, and they had a good win. It's nothing against them. I just happen to be of the opinion that there are teams that are more deserving than Wisconsin of a BCS bowl bid.

Detroit really should have been up by at least another touchdown. Indy played like crap, for the most part. Once the Lions got the lead, they kind of just coasted and played not to lose. Which usually guarantees you will, indeed, lose. Especially if you're the Lions.
