    Keeping fit and bodybuilding??

    would i build faster if i get much fitter like running/ cycling? im quite fit at the moment but would i build faster if i start jogging and things or would that slow my gains?? i DONT eat enough. i eat about 1 meal a day...

    hmm...the last part kind of gives the impression youre a troll... but however.. it is to be said cardio in large doses can diminish gains but if it is just to keep fit and is done say 1-3 times a week it will just keep you fit and keep those unwanted calories away
    Bench - 100kg
    Squat - 155kg
    Deadlift - 210kg

    I swear down I'm not a troll. i get up and don't eat in the mornings then i end up going to town with my mates and then i come home and then eat. College days i have my lunch (which is mainly a sandwich and a sausage roll) then tea when i get home.

    try and start eating breakfast.. as it is the most important meal of the day! if you want to be serious about your training, I think it is wise to start getting a proper regime and diet
    Bench - 100kg

    You can do both, but you would need to eat alot more than you are now. 1 meal isn't gonna be enough.
