People who live active healthy lifestyles tend to live longer.
Exercise and eating right can improve sleep.
Increased confidence.
The better question is why shouldn't you get your ass in gear?

Live longer, feel better the options are quite big
like said before the question is why not get your arse into gear??Strict Diet, Work Hard and lift Heavy is the 3 golden rules i follow
