    Professional basketballer need plan

    Hello everyone !

    I'm Ante . I'm from Croatia . I'm 17.5 y old . I'm playing professioanl baketball .

    Height : 201 cm
    Weight : 102 kg

    I need mass . I must loose fat !

    I need plan for gym and nutrition plan .

    Every day I have basketball training 90 mins + 3 x training at gym . I need upper body program .
