welcome brah! And gjdm!Hai guise!!
Now that christmas is over it's time to get back to my clean diet. Ate perfect with no cheats from August 2011 - December 2011 and lost around 75 lbs. I was in a serious car accident that kept me out of the gym until about a month ago due to a spinal injury (6 compression fractures). I have still been eating mostly clean but it's time to get back at it and continue the weight loss.
This is the plan I was on that helped me lose the weight. Also, in August 2011 I weighed around 310 lbs. I am now down to around 220.. My goal is 180.
If there is anything wrong with this I would love some advice!!
Meal one - 4 Egg white - 1 Whole Egg - Oats
Meal Two - Bowl of Cottage Cheese - Can of Tuna
Meal Three - Steam Vegetables and 1 Chicken Breast
Meal 4 After gym - Protein Shake - 1 Chicken Breast in a whole wheat wrap with lettuce/Tomato
Meal 5 - This varied because it was my "Dinner" - My go to was usually a Greens salad with chicken breast - Cut up vegetables and a low fat dressing (VERY little)
Meal 6 - Greek Yogurt and a bit of cut up fruit
Throughout the day I would snack on Almonds/Vegetables and other random healthy stuff
I think in those 5-6 months I cheated once with Pizza and wings.
It's time I get back to this brahs!!! So much motivation now that I am lifting again.

Morning Gentlemen, hope everyone had a great holiday weekend
Luzz, amazing progress!!! 75lbs of weight loss is no joke. I know I went from 240 down to 128. Of course my mini Christmas bulk added a few pounds to that, so I am off to the gym to increase the evil cardio

That's what happened to me. I was a size 0 in my teens and early 20's then I had two boys, and my body was shot.
I know I am going to regret this, because miscers have been grabbing any pics of me they can to photoshop inappropriately, but f'k them, I actually lift, more than I can say for most of the misc.
Me at approx. 235+
Me at approx. 128 - 130. I love when I get the striations(sp?) and quad seperation
I don't work out traps to much, because they are the first part of my upper body that grows insanely
I am not posting pics of my legs or any with less clothing out of respect for my husband, and for the obvious reason I posted above.
But yeah Brah's I do lift Like I said I did gain a couple of pounds back due to holiday over indulgence and took a little break over the summer from training as intensely, but nothing that increased cardio won't get rid of.
I know you can do it!!! I am looking forward to following you on your journey. Do you have a journal?

Fuuuu I can't see your pics as I am at work.. will check out progress pics later!
Nah I haven't started a journal yet. I still don't feel I am working at 100% of my ability and don't want anyone else to see I am slacking lol. Sounds terrible but so fukin self conscious. I also don't wanna do anything wrong and if I make a journal I am sure the flaws in my routine will surface, might not necessarily be a bad thing but I tend to look to far into things lol
I am still not lifting at 100% as my back still hasn't fully healed, but maybe once I am going at 100% I will start one.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167930303 - Luzz's Log

That is the good thing about a journal, you get fantastic feedback from people who know more, and can help you get through any bad days you are having. No one is perfect, even if you have been lifting and training for years you are always learning something new. It's when you stop learning that you will stop making progress
You are def. NOT a bitch. IMO it is harder to lose 15-25 lbs, than it is to lose 100lbs. I had not problem losing the majority of the weight, when I got down to the last 20 it took me almost a year!
Thank you sir
Ok food today.....

PWO -1 TBS Olive oil

Almonds and Olive oil are my best friends. I was training with a professional bb'er two years ago, he had me on DC training and on a strict keto diet. He was a total as$hole but he knew his chit. That was when I looked my best, and was strong as a beast. But once I moved to MN we stopped speaking lol. He would take me to the nastiest, smelliest gyms out in NY, 99% of the time I was the only female, but I got some of the best workouts ever in those gyms, and yeah I got sick every single damn time LOL
Awesome Christmas, glad you had a good one
Oh most def. I love Sawa!!! Get her in here we need more females please

I was coming home from the gym December 2011 and took back roads. A deer ran out in front of me and I panicked and swerved.. ended up flipping the car 3-5 times and that's what fuked my back up. I was driving a mustang convert so I got lucky as fuk walking away with what I did. Anyone whose seen the car says I should have been killed.
Thanks brah!!
Didn't you join a misc BBM Group a while back?
Yah that's very true.. hmm maybe when I get a chance I will take a look at some journals here and make one of my own. Thanks Trinity!http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167930303 - Luzz's Log

You are Hey just put a little visine in his protein shake, he will be posting on bb.com from the bathroom
Either here or the workout section. Let me know if and when you do, I will gladly sub to it. Plus the mods won't tolerate any chit in workout journals. That's a no troll zone

That's great man. My son picked up a few new words this week including "I Love You!". He will be 3 next month and was diagnosed with PDD which is a form of autism. He's progressing really well which is all I can ask for the Christmas.
Welcome and congrats! My Bahamian Photo Album <'))><
