Hello guys, just got invited to the thread.

Started cutting on Dec. 3rd, down 9 lbs so far (mostly water at this point, I know).

One thing I'm doing different than previous cuts is when I schedule my cheat meal. Usually I would do it on Saturday for dinner, but my workouts go Monday - Friday, so I'd get to enjoy feeling bloated the rest of the weekend (not good). Now I have it on Wednesday night. Get the caloric surge right in the middle of the workout schedule, which definitely helps with energy, and I never get a bad bloat on the 2 days I'm not working out.

1) 2 frozen bananas, 1.5 scoop chocolate whey, tablespoon peanut butter
2) 2 slices of whole wheat bread, flattened chicken breast 4 oz
3) 2 scoops chocolate whey, a cup of 2% milk

will have tonight:
4) 1/2 cup of basmati rice, 1/2 cup steamed veggies, 4 oz steak medium rare

Calories: 1,875
Fats: 54g
Carbs: 159g
Protein: 187g

most of my buddies take their chicken breast/brown rice in a plastic container and eat it wherever they go which I have been meaning to do for the last year but have been procrastinating. I personally make all my meals at the moment of eating, otherwise if there is no time to eat then i'll bring my shakes.

I always bring snacks and meals with me. Just toss some cookies in a container, pb and J, Chicken, Peanuts, brotein shake, Greek yogurt, etc.

Was standing by females bathroom door waiting on her when 3 gay guys walked by. One said love those sperrus and I was like hell yeah "cause they know fashion" no homo. Then the other one said nice firm ass to when the girl walked out to me.

At first I was pissed but now I'm like if a gay guy complimented my glutes I must be doing lunges right lolol
