I work hospital security, it's all 12 hour shifts and normally get every other weekend off. I seem to work a lot because I usually just misc at work lol. I am on a 2 week rotation.. 2 weeks nights and 2 weeks days. First week I work 5 out of 7 days and the second week 2 of 7 so it's not all that bad. 12 hour shifts can be brutal but it does mean more days off

props to you, I couldnt do 12 hour work shifts if my life depended on it. 8 hours is killing me currently. And shift work? no thanks jeff. An ex of mine was a nurse and did 2 nights 2 days 12 hour shifts and she was a zombie all the time. She might have just been a zombie though...

Yah man not many people can do the 12 hours or shift work for that matter. I am absolutely fine with it, policing is my goal so it's nice I have been doing 12 hours/shift work for about 5 years now so nights and long shifts won't be a change when I am finally on a police service. I actually love the shift work and this type of job. I couldn't sit in an office for 9-5, Monday-Friday... would drive me insane

You are right . I went grocery shopping yesterday and tried to eat a bunch of food in an attempt to weight 230 today. Only came in at 223, fail.
Sounds like my friend. He works as a police emergency and non-emergency line operator, 12 hour shifts. Usually 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am. His sleep and lifting schedule is all over the place.
Yea I don't think I could do it either. I work 9 hour shifts plus lunch and I hate it.
Yeap, sitting in an office from 7-5 is driving me insane. I'm ready to quit and go back and live with my parents lol.1372 @ 205

Don't you know why they call him Matty Ice? Cuz he goes cold in the 2nd half. Shouldn't be surprised about NE either, they can't win when they aren't allowed to cheat.
I am now rooting for Collin Kaepernick to troll everyone. I'm from Miami, yet my FB is all of a sudden blowing up with "Ravens are the best" statuses. Everyone is riding on Ray Lewis' cawk, especially all friends who are UM fans. Collin Kaepernick is the only one that can save me now.1372 @ 205

Srsly bro, watch for gastrointestinal symptoms (bloating, cramping, da runs etc), creatine mono can cause those side effects in some ppl, there's other forms that avoid the side effects, I can aware u of them if needed (and yeah still talking about actual creatine NOT dat der)

I get massive heart burns due to gas, been on medication for 6 months. I'm avoiding the loading phase and just taking 5g a day, lets see if I still get those symptoms
There's a video on YouTube, guy says creatine needs to be completely dissolved in water before you drink it to avoid those problems. True?

Wat? Not sure if srs about never having gs cookies lol, but yeah they r too good, dem thin mints r my favorite. The worst thing tho is just the fact that they're out there selling them whenever u come out of a store and u feel like a heartless bastard if u don't buy any lol, but u can also just give them $ to send a box to the troops so sometimes I just do that
Idk if true or not, try it and see, when I tried creatine mono I used pills and got the symptoms, here's some info on different forms that avoid the mono side effects
Just started using this
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/no...-creatine.html
Used to use this http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/olabs/cakgpowder.html
both kinds avoid side effects (bloating, cramps etc) I get with creatine mono, just switched to the pills since the powder one tastes like chit, works good tho💪🏻Team Manlet💪🏻
