that's rough, but since it's saturday couldn't you nap? take a 90 minute one to refresh your REM sleep cycles, assuming you sleep for the full 90 minutes you should wake up feeling rested even with such little sleep

If I nap in the day, I wake up feeling like I could kill someone lol. Plus, its hard as heck for me to fall asleep in the day. Happens very rarely.

0.5 oz white tequila
1/4 cup Tropicana Trop 50 Lemonade (reduced sugar lemonade) OR juice from 1/2 fresh lemon

I'm starting my bulk on monday and was wondering how much weight do you gain from your cut to your bulk?

I usually gain about 20 lbs max on my bulk, but this bulk I'm thinking about limiting it to only 10 lbs

Me personally? Very minimal, I like to stay as lean as possible in the off season, I usually only go on a 300 calorie surplus so everything I do gain is mostly lean quality muscle. I like to bulk this way because my fat gains are kept well down so it makes cutting easier..

Yeah 20lbs is too much, you have to realize not all that 20lbs is muscle. DOnt get too carried away in "gaining weight" like most people do.

I've learned the most from this cut cycle. I cut on a massive deficit harming my metabolism for too long of a period (6 months), I'm resetting my metabolism (that one thread that lee created) by gradually increasing my calories to not gain weight too fast. My maintenance is calculated to be 3k and I was eating 1700 calories a day. I'm going up to 2700 or maybe 3000 then gradually increase to 3300. I'm going to bulk extremely slow like you said so that way I don't have to cut for such a long period.

Do you have a max amount of weight gained on a bulk or do you do it based on how long ?

I had 2 last night, one right after the other. At that point I was pretty buzzed and decided it was a good idea to order a large italian hoagie for delivery with a side of large fries. When the door bell rang I nearly tripped and fell down the stairs getting to the door. Delivery man is all like WTF?
I got all my condiments in order so I could haul ass on this big boy whilst spilling crumbs and shredded lettuce all over the couch. Roseanne reruns played on TV. Shortly after devouring it, my memory gets dull and then next thing I know I wake up on the living room floor at 12:46 am.
