    Importance of warming up food

I know that it is important to eat warm food/not cold to help your digestion. SO, I have a reasonable question. Do we need to warm up whey when we put it to water/milk?
I'm just a beginner and I'm going to use whey. But I think whey in warm milk will taste bad... So i'm wondering, does anyone warm their whey?

I never warm up my milk when I put my whey into it.

As for cold food, not sure, but I love cold corn.
You don't need a reason to help people.

I'm pretty sure warm milk and whey would be pretty gross, unless it was chocolate I suppose. I've never heard that you should eat warm food...that certainly sounds like an old wive's tale to me.
