I was also about that height and weight.. 5 11 weighing 132. I hated hearing it too, but EAT EAT EAT !!! It's not easy, but it's the only way.
3000-3500+ calories a day
140g protein (1-1.5g protein per weight pound)
No-Little saturated fats
High carbs
Eat carb filled meal right before bed.
Look into these two products:
Serious Mass - weight gainer that's 1640 calories per shake..which is insane.
Creatine - sure it's just retained water weight, but if you maintain it, it can add 5 or so pounds.

The best part is man, and I 100% mean this, you are getting into this stuff at 16 and if you stick with this, college is gonna be fantastic, your 20s will be fantastic, your 30s and 40s will be fantastic, the rest of your life is gonna be so much more satisfying because of this so do yourself a favor and read, eat, and lift like crazy.
But seriously, that's all you have to do is read, eat, and lift and you will get there.

Eat like there is no tomorrow. At 24, I am still fighting my metabolism daily for mass. At 16, you should be eating a minimum of 6 full meals / day and really will need to hammer out your precise macros for your best results.
Make sure you are getting enough carbs in. I know everyone always thinks protein, protein, protein, but carbs are incredibly important if you are looking to pack on mass.
Best of luck, and keep with it and you will definitely see serious gains!
