Okay, thanks lol.
It's fun to think about the future. Totally unrelated, but just look at cars for example; I bet in 50 years people are looking back and laughing at these stupid people in the 2000's driving in cars on a COMBUSTION engine running on oil and gas. How ****ing ancient is that?
brb drilling into the earth to get oil while sun, wind and water energy are always and unlimited available
Yes I drive a car and I love it, but things can be so much better. Although, the first electric car I'll drive has to look more many than the shyt I see on the streets today.
Strong off topic, sorry brohammed.

I think (not that I agree with the following) some of it has to do with these "health gurus" and the way our society is heading. A lot of these massively skinny males are saying you don't need much protein. Making claims that protein ruins your health. Making it sound as if people that consume anything outside plant protein in small amounts will leave you a zombified overweight cancer health mess. Not saying this is everyones reason, but this seems to be the general belief out in the internet. I would provide links, but I am on a tablet.

The point is not to have everyone follow our lead, the point is that you can get by with much less and be fine. There may be a day where meat is not readily available or you just don't feel like cooking. No need to freak in that situation.
With this information if you think about it, it would be REALLY difficult to **** up a cut. You would really have to go out of your way as long as you're counting calories.Add me on instagram @davidgzz1981

we didnt go through anything. because thats assuming I eat the wquantaties I gave earlier like 50g of protein from milk. I dont get that everyday again as said before I might do 30 hell sometimes none at all. I dont eat the same amt everyday I go based on my appetite. holy crap at being so hostile about it lol. so it is not innacurate still to say 80. it would be more assuming I ate exactly what I listed but that doesnt happen everyday.

As someone who's been there, you can get away with lower than optimal protein only for so long. When fattys start training, they can put on muscle and still cut some fat b/c off all that excess.
At some point you're going to need to up you're protein (as I did). Personally, I dropped from about 280-290 to about 190 in a very quick amount of time, and lost alot of muscle due to such a large deficit. I'd never recommend it to anyone, ever"Overtraining" - sponsoring fukarounditis & half a$sed workouts since 1991
