Wanted to use something that's been tried and tested rather than create my own routine. Came across this which is ideal for my lifestyle. I have concerns about the 1 sets though..
Is this good for strength and mass, any alterations you would make?

I've been lifting a while, been doing a 3 day split but have reached a plateau and want something different. I like this idea of hitting all areas 3 times a week as heavy as possible. But I don't want to waist my time.. So if its sh-ite I'd like to know now.
My goal is to gain mass everywhere and gain strength

^^^^This doesn't tell me anything about you or your current level of development, but..........
.............^^^^ this sounds like you've already made up your mind.
Go ahead and run the routine you asked about. You don't really have anything to lose unless you get injured (a distinct possibility with HIT-type training, or any other to-failure-or-beyond training method). No brain, no gain.
