Here's an update
In the gym!yo dude! where you been hiding?
Last 4-5 months I've
-moved residences twice
-jumped back into college
-got into a relationship
-got a job (personal trainer @powerhouse gym)
weighing in between 190-192 (not the cleanest weight, but i will happily take it)
strength is up in most lifts to my knowledge. my squat might still be on par with around what it was, but yes.

unfortunately this all lead to neglecting this log.
I'd like to say i'll update this daily again, but more realistically I'll just and just give you guys 1-2 updates a week and just kind of highlight the more important things. any pr's, progress, questions, etc poopy poops stuffs
I did make a video in vegas tho! (went to mr olympia )
lol now to find out how many people are still subbed to this thing :/ taha
but more importantly... how have ya'll been?

Cool little update, working at a new Powerhouse Gym now, and got to try out this body fat machine we have called the InBody, too cool. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it gives a reading of your intra/extracellular water, lean mass (and each region's estimated lean mass.

I'm ok with that! was geeking over this machine tho, definitely a neat piece of equipment

idk why i even record the leg extension sets, each rig is so different. this one you can throw up the whole stack with reasonable strength.

Another Leg day for ya guys!
I feel like these days are where I'm seeing most change/progress. Not neglecting the upper body! but just havent been tracking it on here. I'll work on it haha

stomach rather empty, not nearly as much water as i should be taking in. I think I should be sitting at the very least 193, but i wont complain no mo' since I hit a PR today!

never gone that heavy. Ever. It was a tad scary and i thought I was going to stall at the bottom. A grinder rep for sure, but felt really rewarding. Plus my gf was watching so I wasnt about to look like a pansy and staple myself XD

Never really done these in an actual workout, other than to show clients another variation, but found them a pretty nice addition after killing squats
