do you have a formula for the pre-workout?
i would like to review this product to compare it to other pre-workouts on the market. morning workouts are not easy when you have to wake up and work long hours. a good boost of energy helps get the day started and staying focused to workout. I have done over a dozen reviews on this webpage and would like to expand my feedback on these forums. The pineapple sounds delicious as there are not many pineapple flavored pre-workouts on the market. Thanks for the opportunity

I think I should be chosen because I have been a fan of muscleology for YEARS! I actually wasn't even aware that you guys still existed.

I initially was introduced to Muscleology back when I was living in Miami. I remember Muscleology having a booth at the NPC Southern States to which I samples the original sledgehammer as well as some other products. Since I no longer live in miami, I haven't heard anything about Muscleology...but I did use their original sledgehammer.

I would love to try out the new sledgehammer- I have always been a huge fan of pineapple flavored anything- They girls sure enjoy when I eat pineapples

Thanks ! PM sent, actually 2 PM's sent cause I forgot to add which flavor, Pineapple.

The timing is perfect because I plan to switch workouts from night time (6pm) to early morning, after day light savings where I'll be getting up at 5:30 and getting to gym around 6a.m.
