hi all, ive decided to start a workout log to document my training and to help keep me motivated. i am hoping to compete for the first time in 2014.
i'll keep this as brief as possible:
age: 24
height: 177cm / 5'10
weight: 80kg
training: currently on a push/pull/legs split, alternating between strength and hypetrophy cycles
macros/cals:
Cho: 315-335
P: 185 - 205
F: 55 - 65
Cals: ~2600
At the moment i am dealing with a few nagging injuries so i am eating at maintenance and very slowly bumping up cals
tonight is pull day, will update later with my workout

had a good pull workout tonight, still spending way too long in the gym though
everything in kg except where indicated
chin ups: bw + 10/ 7,7,7,7
BOBR: 45/ 5,6,5,5
Supported t-bar: 30/ 8,9,11
Cable row (neutral grip): 14/ 7,7,7
Bar curls: 50lbs/ 6,6
DB curl: 15/ 12,14,12,12
Rear db flys: 12/ 8,8,8
