    Hello gents.

    Tore my right bicep, complete and full rupture. Won't be competing this year so looking at 2014 and possibly Miami Pro April 2014, Body Expo NEC, Birmingham May 2014

    And with some direction and advise possibly a proper Fed organisation later in the year!!

    Hope all your training and dieting is going well.

    I joined twitter. Think it is a good place to network and get advise off some of the more experienced athletes..

    Sorry to hear that mate...how did you do it?? That **** scares me, that's why I never do mixed grip on deadlifts anymore
